Very bad service! I called Alex to avail of their service on Monday, May 12, 2009 and he agreed to do it and come over the following day (Tuesday). A little while later, he cancelled and move it on Wednesday, May 13 at 10 am, because according to him he'll be out of town and his staff couldn't do it because he's the only one who knows how to install the waste tank for CISS.
Come Wednesday, I called him up at 9am to confirm the appointment and he said yes. After about 2 minutes he sent a text message moving the appointment to 2 PM because he had to finish some business first, I said please push through with the schedule because I already made time for it and I meetings to attend in the afternoon. We compromised and agreed to meet at 11 am at my office.
At 11:15, there's still no Alex so I text him and he replied " Hi mam, I'll be avail in da afternoon. Any any I can look for if ur not avail?" since i didn't undersatand what he meant, I called him up and he
said he really can't make it to our appointment as scheduled. I said if he can make it in 30 minutes since his shop is just walking distance from our office, I'd be willing to wait but he still said no and said that if I can wait 'till 2 PM then he'll come.
No way, I wouldn't spend a single minute more for their very bad service! They wasted my time and their words couldn't be trusted.
Do not transact with CISSKING (and the guts to call themselves KINGs... haha! Gimme a break!)
